Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education along with Skills because you need to apply theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is very important. Of course working in isolation is not result oriented. Describe the benefits of working alone I think the question is vague! what do you mean by working alone? If you are solving a maths problem, then you can work alone because you need silence and peace of mind to solve a specific problem.But working alone is not fruitful if you in a regular job/ development work You need a team to work with. Teaching in Yemen was my worse experience because class control was difficult, but I managed to teach science successfully. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To bring a positive change in the work you are in! What unique skills do you have? Observation, thinking, communication, management and problem solving. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Where I work for the poor and less privileged people to help in reducing the injustice, poverty and illiteracy and to bring a positive change in the lives of the people. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Education is the right of every human being, so the most interesting aspect is to impart education. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? lack of political will to work for the masses is the least interesting aspect I think!
