Senior Office Supply Operations, Product Supply Department Head Office, Karachi

Looking after day to day supply chain activities bridging the gap between supply and demand and coordinating the efforts of operations and logistics to ensure smooth upliftment of POL products from refineries in Pakistan and intercity movement for maintenance of optimal stocks at Installation and Depots across Pakistan, minimizing chances of dry outs and on the same time avoiding inventory losses and high stock up costs.

Reporting daily stock positions and refinery receipts.

Senior Officer Imports, Product Supply Department, Head Office, Karachi

Looking after day to day import activities including cargo pricing, SAP based contract creation and PO generation of vessel. SAP based invoice parking of load port and discharge port payments. Demurrage calculation and correspondence with supplier. Close coordination with Load port & discharge port surveyors, Agents, Suppliers and port authorities for smooth berthing of POL vessels at Keamari and FOTCO. Maintaining Laycan sheet.
