I am decisive, can delegate effectively, I am used to holding regular meetings producing regular reports to ensure effective coordination and consider my self to be a highly motivated individual, consistently striving for self-improvement and smartworking.I have 10years experience within the gsm industry working for Orange Plc as a Senior Fault Management Engineer with the O&M department. On a daily basis i was responsible and commited to the supervision, motivation, identification of training needs and welfare of all my staff, which included a full team of network engineers and technicians, this sometimes extended out side the remit of normal duties.I was completely responsible for the day to day running of this department on a shift basis. My role also included revising and implementing service level agreements and goal setting both internally and externally, constantly striving to ensure improved service to the customer and the smooth running of the department.With my technical skills in operations and maintanence and my management skills i would be a big asset within the O&M of your telecoms/it network supporting your oil and gas operations as I get the job done.My ability to be completely focused to the task in hand together with self dicipline,the ability to motivate and manage others, flexiabilityand excellent working knowlege of my field, enabled me to successfully run a team of technical engineers in order to achieve company goals whilst the fact that i enjoy a challenge. Ensured I was constantly striving to find ways in which to improve service and working proceedures. I have drive, determination and self motivation which has always helped me to maximise productivity in all my previous endeavours. I am also able to listen and adopt a change of strategy whilst being open to new ideas
