seeking ful time employmentWhat type of job are you looking for? I am looking for a cooks position/or prep position. Full time. I am also interested in working in a hotel. Either as a cook or housekeeping. I also have experience with banking as well,along with mortgage/closer experience & degree. What nationality are you? Italian What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak English & Italian very well. Italian is my first language. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? In Nassau Bahamas. Banking,Hospitality,& Mortgages What qualifications do you hold? 25 years of cooking experience. 2years as a closing agent.2years in banking,paying & receiving. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both. I believe a good education will give more opportunities to get your feet wet in most jobs. Experience is a big plus at times,because it saves the company from training someone for the job applied for. Describe the benefits of working with others I am a people person. I get along with everyone. I am very out going,very easy going,very funny. I have a good sense of humor. I am honest,loyal & truthful. Describe the benefits of working alone I have no problem working alone. I can handle business alone just as well as if i was working with some one. I do not break under pressure if there is any. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was when i was cooking alone,we got hit with a major dinner rush & I was running out of food & prep. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Work best with what you have with out losing control. What unique skills do you have? Cooking gourmet foods.Mixing & editing music. Fashion What would you consider as your 'dream job'? working as a cook in a nice hotel. And living in that same hotel for a month or two till i found a nice place to live. Always wanted that. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Seeing people really enjoying my cooking. Makes me really feel good & appreciated. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Least interesting aspect would have to be some times working crazy hours.But nothing i cant handle.
