What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I like to work in the island of the Bahamas. Wonderful place, extraordinary people and beautiful nature.

What countries have you worked in?

Italy

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

In Europe

What field do you currently work in?

I am a Professional Nurse. I currently work in the department of general medicine and Semi-intensive ward of medicine for five years.

What fields have you worked in before?

I always worked as a professional nurse

What qualifications do you hold?

Degree in nursing

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal education is very important, gives you much information. The true concepts are learned through training. Instead, skills are developed through experience in the field. The practice is essential to improve themselves.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Work with others is very important to compare the knowledge. Teamwork rapresented union with something extra. We say that unity is the true force.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Work alone gives you more autonomy and more independence. You have more responsibility and thus become more competitive.

What was your worst working experience?

Work with people uncompetitive. In health is very important to be prepared for emergencies and to have prepared colleagues.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The world goes on despite everything and never stops. The world goes on because it needs to go forward.

What unique skills do you have?

Always be competitive and do my best.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Do my job as a nurse in a positive environment for the quality of my life. In the Bahamas.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Working with people's health. Help those who are weaker. Achieve personal satisfaction seeing that your work has made the lives of others better.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Not accepted the end as part of the cycle of life. Basically we are one.
