General Nursing What qualifications do you hold? I have a Certificate in Registered Nursing. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider Formal Education to be more important than skill. Formal Education equips an individual with the knowledge and expertise necessary to undertake the given tasks while being empowered with the rationale for his action. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others allows you to develop your interpersonal skill and exchange ideal in an effort to achieve a successful outcome. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt that no individual has all the answers therefore we should learn to work cohesively with the multidisciplinary team in an effort to provide Quality Nursing Care. What unique skills do you have? I am very good at written and oral communication and I possess good interpersonal skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My Dream job is to become a Critical Care Nurse. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? What interests me most about being a Nurse is that I get to meet an interact with a wide cross-section of persons sick and well and I am able to use the knowledge and skill I have acquired to improve their health status.
