There are times that working alone is a very lonely process. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was in a troubled youth home and I had problems with a student and there was no back up to help me when his attitude escallated and I had to handle him and all the other students as well. It was not impossible, but I had to physically detain him to keep him from hurting himself and others. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Team work is much better than being alone. I don't know everything and it is so much more helpfull when you have someone else to help support you and have your back in tough situations.
