I am 34 years old hotel Management professional with 12 years of experience in the hotel industry.Currently working as Pastry chef for Starwood group at Le Meridien Al Aqah beach resort, Fujairah-UAE. Has basic knowledge about microsoft office.

Specialised in Bakery, wedding cakes, chocolate works, displays, plated desserts, menu designing and also can handle other section during busy schedule.

Has pre-opening experience.

Preparing paper works related to kitchen, HACCP and ISO.

Handle kitchen in the absence of Executive Chef and Executive sous chef.

Represented kitchen department as departmental Trainer.Very good motivator and cool headed chef.

Work very well under pressure and crisis management.

My objective is to travel around the world to learn more and gain multi national experience.

Belgian born in 1956.Graduated from the hotelmanagement school of Koksyde, belgium in 1979(4 years).

Started working career in different Restaurants in Brussels and area in various departements.(kitchen & dining rooms) from 79 till 1982.

1982: immigration to Canada as kitchen chef.

Montreal Quebec from 1982 till 1986: Ritz Carlton (Captain)

Queen Elisabeth (Kitchen)

1986:I opened my own restaurant in North-Hatley Quebec.

Since 22years i have been managing my restaurant(50 seats inside, 100 seats terrasse) succesfully as the Chef owner.The cuisine is basicly French-Belgian adapted to the north american taste.

I apply as executive chef, chef de partie, food & beverage or chef de cuisine.

Also Maitre D, Sommelier or Manager.

I speek fluently French , English, Dutch, Spanish and German.
