'Nursing in the Bahamas' Nurse Jobs

My wife and I are both registered nurses in Canada and are considering the move to the caribbean, can anyone tell me if there is currently any depand for this occupation. What country's/ islands should we consider? Are there specific hospitals we should contact? thanks for the help.
