Kingdom of Bahrain, Because of its job opportunities + high currency rate in view of Pakistani currency and being a muslim country with low population. What countries have you worked in? worked in Pakistan only & never visited abroad. What field do you currently work in? Working as Accounts/Admn/ Officer in a govt. department in Pakistan ince 1994 todate. My main duties include official correspondence, providing export oriented information to the public, arrangements of seminars & workshops, preparation of financial budget for the office, disbursing pay and other claims amongst employees. What fields have you worked in before? Worked as senior english teacher in various schools. What qualifications do you hold? Master degree in English (University of Peshawar, 2000) with diploma in typing, computer software & hardware. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Obiously now a days skill knowledge/education is very helpfull but at the same time getting skill knowledge is almost impossible without formal education. In other words formal education is base for getting skill knowledge/education. Acquiring formal education is more important than skill knowledge which is key to any avenue. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with efficient people is very benificial in respect of both the employer & employee. working together has countless benifits if all the members of the team are efficient, devoted and trustworthy otherwise it causes much damage to the work and personal behaviour. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is very enjoyable bahaviour. focus always remains centrelized. Working with responsibility and satisfaction. creates feeling of responsibility which causes for a cautious work where no mistakes take place. Alone worke always done timely. Working alone is bettr than working with inefficient persons. What was your worst working experience? I have never faced such situation. I always enjoy my assignments,(whatever they may be). What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? One thing, may be a lesson, I have always in mind that one should not do any work if he/she cannot do that work with perfection. Many people, we see around us, initiate some work/business/task without proper planning & right tim, they soon get back leaving the worke undone. I hate this behavious extremely and I have learnet that anything should be done with perfection. Secondly I have another behaviour, for which I am famous in my parent department, that the best man is he who complete his/her assignments with perfection in chanllenging time. In short, I have acquired that it is better to do nothing if you cannot do something in a bestway. What unique skills do you have? I have excellence in the following fiels. English drafting. Replying to Audit Paras/Observations. Maintenance of official files. Maintenance of secret avaluation statements. Speedy typing+ Carefull driving and devoted teaching. Pointing out of illegal payments/spending of funds while auditing. maintenance of budget control register. etc. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Auditing/checking of various accounting ledgers of offices for anymistake/loss to the funding party. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Discussing the audit observations with the party responsible for the mistake remains an interesting aspect of the job. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Organizing Audit Party, visite to far flung places for audit and while auditing the accounts of an office are least interesting aspects. What season you like most Winter or Summer? I like Winter season in view of its calm and clean atmosphere. We alos have long nights for rest. We don't have viruses & bacteria in Winter and you can easily feel better if you weare woolen ware while feeling cold. But on the other hand in Summer the case is reversed i.e small nights causing sleep deficiency, everywhere in the air viruses and bacteria, very dirty season in all respect.
