Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is not sufficieng todo any thing practically,specially in rural areas where people are not veru educated but theycan use their knowlege and know how through skill oriented education.I think non formal education or skill oriented education is more valuable and applicable in usual life. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with other develop thought of team approach, exchange of ideas,attitude of cooperation increase and develop confidence. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is single line command and singleman decision process, where multi thought does'nt come into the practice. What was your worst working experience? Program was conducted in the farmers field, budget was fixed for demonstration.Because of country political situation budget was not provided timely, farmers becme unhappy and negative attitude was developed among farmers. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Diceplene,honesty,dedication to work,Regard to the siniors,Establish close coordination with stake holder and complete responsibilities within the proper time. What unique skills do you have? In the vegetable production area of Nepal farmers were unable to grow off season vegetable duetio lack of knowlege,skill and irrigation problem.Tradle pump provided ,training was conducted .
