What was your worst working experience? An addedd responsibility was given to me to run the PDI center and to control the Stock yard, I could not find a vehicle in the stock so i reported it to the management,but I was misunderstood by the Regional Manager, He thought I wanted to bring him down, and the next two years were the worst for me. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? ONE WILL NEVER BE REWARDED FOR HAVING BRAIN, HE WILL BE REWARDED FOR USING IT. The show is not run by one person, it is always the team efforts,Suggestion can come even from a car washer which may save in thousands.Success will come but it requires hard work and sincerity. Be true to yourself, be friendly with your sub-ordinates but dont be friend. What unique skills do you have? Management Skills, Standard Service Operations, Standard Facility Planning, Standard Tools and Equipments, Human Resource, Budgetting, Forecasting, Decision making, controls, Policy Making, Studying different KPI, evaluating technicians, Recruiting high skilled productive staff from abroad (India, Indonesia, Phillipines) What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To be a General Manager for After Sales Services What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The technology is ever growing, The more you master yourself in the field the more you get interested,Technology is improving on daily basis, one should keep himself well informed, and the competation is ever growing, market share is fluctuating,Someone is always there to replace you in the market What are the least interesting aspects of your field? When the Sales people starts blaming the After Sales for poor Sales, instead of making SWOT analysis and trying to analyise the problem, blaming game starts, this is the least interesting. when can you meet us?
