Formal Education concerns remembering facts and understanding concepts. It is usually taught in school, although self-study is possible. skills usually concerns Training and taught either in trade schools or business training sessions. So i would consider both will be valuabe for achieving goal.

What was your worst working experience?
I once had a partner on a project where we had to recommend a strategy for a close-to-failing company. The paper had a section on background info on the company and analysis of the companies' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threat, etc...well this partner had that section of the paper and she essentially copied and pasted text from datamonitor reports, and other similar, easily accessible sources and tried to pass it as her own...I re-wrote everything and turned it in. I didn't turn her in, but I should have.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
The most important lesson I have learnt throughout my career is to treat every one as a customer and give them the best experience everytime I interface with them. It can be at work or in other areas like home, club, etc.

The least insteresting part of my field is the fact that all blames will always be shifted to the team leader.
