I am looking for a job in banking sector in which I can expose all my abilities and knowledge which I got from my 6 years banking experiance to boost up my career to reach top position. My top priority is Bahrain, as Bahrain is the midlle east banking hub.Secondly any where in Middle East. What countries have you worked in? I have worked in Pakistani three cities i.e Lahore, Karachi & Sialkot. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Right know only Pakistan. What field do you currently work in? Currently I am working in Credit & Risk Administration department of Askari Bank Limited. My current job is to critically scrutanize the Credit Approvals in accordance to the Credit Manual of the bank and prepare a check list of all security & support documents required for the disbursement of loan to be obtained from customer & to make sure that all the required documents are properly safein the custody of the bank, Also preparation of Facilities Offer Letters to be obtained from customers. Feeding of Credit Data into a credit software named "CREAM" to be get by higher management in reportable form. Periodic inspection of bank's pledged stocks which is placed at customer's location but pledged under bank's appointed muccadam. What fields have you worked in before? Before my current field, I have worked as a Relationship manager in two banks(United bank Limited & NIB Bank Limited) in which I have gained a very valuable experiance of Corporate & SME relationships by dealing in legal corporate matters & legal documentation, securities & mortgage formalities in accordance of banks's Credit Manual and meeting the given targets well before time frame given by the bank. Before joining banking sector I got experiances of Accounts & finance & admisnitation departments of a manufecturing/export concern and a public University. What qualifications do you hold? I have done MBA(Executive) in banking & Finance from Preston University, IT certification MCSE from MICROSOFT and have cleared part I of CA(Chartered Accountancy) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is very important to growup the Human mind but degrees can only bring up to the interview table, after that a balanced mix of education & skill is the only way to built a successful career & life. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in a group is always chalanging but more beneficial. Working with other people always give me an envoirement to compare myself with others and bring betterement in my work with a healthy competition. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alon can give an oppertuinity to concentrate more on your work without intervetion of others and can meet tagets time line within time. What was your worst working experience? I don't think I have any bad working experiance in my life. Challanges are part of life & job but all challanges which I have faced during my working experiances always grow me up and make me more stronger & stronger. All the organizations in which I have worked give me a very memorable & valuable experiance and above all gives me priceless human assets. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson I learn throughout my career is "HARDWORK and sicerity with your work" because no one can beat the hardwrok & hardwork never goes waste, it always pay you back whether early or late and above all it gives you soul satisfaction.
