Marketing: Marketing Research & Idea generation; Product Development; Supply Chain & Quality Control; Sales Forecasting & Distribution; Branding; Promotional Management, Supervising & Monitoring Distribution and Sales Channel.

What qualifications do you hold?

EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION: * Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with major in Marketing, from the University of Dhaka. Grade Point Average (GPA) 3.56 out of 4, Session 1999-2000, Passing year 2003. * Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with major in Marketing, from the University of Dhaka, Grade Point Average (GPA) 3.89 out of 4, Session 1996-1999, Passing year 2001.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

To me – both are very important and everybody should have a good and up-to-date theoretical knowledge. And of course, success comes when some one utilize his/her academic knowledge and experience/skills.

So, performers always use both of these. I’ve a praise worthy academic records as well as more than 7 years of hand on experience and selling skills.

Describe the benefits of working with others

It’s always better to work in group. People can’t stay alone. In a work place he/she must need efficient companion to perform well. Because: • to share idea • for brainstorming • to lessen monotony • to perform more work • to lessen risk of tasks • to ensure perfection by cross checking • to help each other • many more

Work alone is some times better fro: • Concentrate well • Peaceful environment • Think very deeply • Accountability of the jobs • Consistency and smoothness • Etc
