What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Discipline and sincerity. What unique skills do you have? I am able to set priorities among routine tasks and accomplish thereon, which is essential for task management. I have experience of supervising a number of people which improved my managerial skills. In my present work station I modified the internal control system for continuous improvement of the process, which involves decision making. I have upgraded some policies & procedures. I have furnished my report writing skills by preparing multidimensional and analytical report for management meeting. I have undertaken the pressure of being responsible for not less than 4 (four) large stores. At present I am calculating process cost to minimize expenses and culturing cost accountancy. I maintain the books of accounts & evaluate monthly inventory of all stores of this company which enhanced my professional knowledge on preparing financial reports. I am doing so many corresponding jobs with the head of the departments of this company which makes me well-conversant. There are many scheduled works (loss preventing) in every store which is being accomplished by me. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Head of loss preventive job for any organization.
