Formal education or skills and why? I would say - Education is 80% imp and skill set - 20%. Higher weightage is given to education , because if a person is well educated , skill sets can be developed faster. Describe the benefits of working alone Responsibilities are clearer What was your worst working experience? Not worst as such . But if I am not able to reach my targets , I tend to be disappointed. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? 1) Importance of timeline . 2) Results are more important than efforts. What unique skills do you have? I am currently in collections . The important aspect of the job is understanding how to get money from the client as well as retention of the client. Each client is different and hence our approach with them is also different. I can figure out which approach should be applied for which customer. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would be to work in top managerial position for any co. listed in Fortune 500 What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The best part about the job is: Knowledge of each department is necesary. In case if a customer has any issue , we should have the understanding of guiding him in the right way. I am also involved in Managment reporting which has a lot of analytical aspects which in turn gives me a better understanding of revenue , billing and collections.
