I am applying to work in any Hospitals in Bahrain, qatar or in UAE area. Since I already have an experience working in an arab country (like SAudi Arabia)which made me learned arabic language in an intermediate level. Thus, it will not anymore be difficult for me to communicate with my colleagues as well as with the patient/s, and since communication is one good aspect in the patient's treatment process.

Presently working as a chief physiotherapist and was noted and awarded as one of the best employee last August 2011 in our hospital.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal education serves as a foundation and more valuable followed by acquiring and developing skills in any field of work. This is where we get to know details, meanings and rationale how were things are to be done or performed. It gives us preparation to any task on hand or prior to any given task; it ables us to communicate to any people/colleagues easier and understandable; And because of having an education, we tend to perform task easier and goal-oriented.

Describe the benefits of working with others

1.working with others, makes us work easier in many cases. 2.if we have a colleague who's assisting us in the work, we could possibly share and developed good ideas and techniques on how we make the work faster and reliable. 3. In case there's an emergency, we can right away ask a sooner help if someone's near us in the work place - accessibility. 4. We, too, ourselves need someone near us in case accidents is unavoidable. 5. If we're working with others, they can see some possible errors/mistakes that we are not aware of. Because of this, quality is maintained before the final outcome is to be seen by the customers.

Describe the benefits of working alone

1. At times or sometimes, working alone benefits us in such a way that we can concentrate to perfect our work. 2. Working alone helps us develop ourselves independently thus making us more responsible and strong-willed. 3. It stimulates more of our brain to test ourselves in multi-task performance, etc.

What was your worst working experience?

1. For me, working with a colleague who was short-tempered/impatient in achieving a certain goal during our therapy session with a stroke patient in one rehabilitation in the Philippines.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

1. Never neglect or loose one's/own knowledge since we need it throughout our life, and that everyday's task, reminds us that everything should be learned first before deciding to perform it or else disaster or failure would result and that disatisfaction will likely to be seen with our clients.

What unique skills do you have?

1. Honestly, in my field as a physiotherapist, my uniqueness just appears during my treatment procedures with my patient. I usually mix some mobilization techniques with the range of motion exercises which are not usually done by most therapist which also gives benefit to my patient/s.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

To become a well-known therapist to those patient/s i have made their goals met with my own rehabilitation center.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

1. I meet people with different interests and attitudes where i could adjust myself. 2. I encountered patient's cases beyond what has the book described during our college days. 3. I can develop exercise techniques in combination with those done famous/old therapist which the patient himself enjoys the program without getting bored. 4. I tend to analyze more of such patient's case if it's uncommon to happen.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Honestly to myself, i don't have a LEAST interesting aspect as a physiotherapist since everything i'm doing for my work, for my patient, for my colleagues and for my family are all interconnected which make my career interesting.

How can a new institution depend on you?

Being my hard-working, trustworthy, patience, obedient, professional and goal-oriented, i can make my superiors as well as my employers rely on my capabilities which i have shown in my previous job. If I am working in one institution, I always make it a point that my client(patient) gets satisfaction from my expertise thus making my company more known to other clients. I could be an asset to them.
