I am looking for job at Beharin and Oman because we have bright scope and exposure abroad as well as i am keen to know and learn more in the developing field of dentistry with latest technologies and infrastructure. I am working as Dental Hygienist in Indian Army in the Army Dental Corps. What fields have you worked in before? As Nursing Assistant and Dental Operation Room Assistant in Indian Army. What qualifications do you hold? Diploma in Dental Hygienist - have certificate of Dental council of India through Command Military Dental Centre Chandimandir. Dental Operation Room Assistant 5 Month course at Army Dental Centre Research and Referral Delhi. Nursing Assistant Course for 1 1/2 years at Military Hospital Jabalpur and Paramedical Academy of Armed Forces, Lucknow from Indian Army. Note: Dont hold any certificates for DORA and Nursing Assistant as the course was done through Indian Army after 10+2 (Schooling). Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both education and skills are important but I consider skills as more valuable because those things which we cant gain through education, we gain through practical works. More practical leads work accuracy and faster. It gives experience of work and makes us much more familiar very easier. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is very benfitial in simple term Ethics (Dental Ethics) Describe the benefits of working alone Gives us a responsibility and that makes us very responsible person to work with full heart, mind and concentration. It gives us confidence to attempt our work and finish of very smoothly. It gives a chance to show our skills and experience in the field and show our place which deserves. What was your worst working experience? Not yet experienced such a work. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To follow Dental ethics in our field is very important and benfitial. What unique skills do you have? Multipurpose as Dental Hygienist, Dental Operation Room Assistant and Nursing Assistant. Oral Prophylaxis Scaling and Root Planning Providing instruction for oral hygiene and care. Dental Radiograph. Operating Computers. Maintaining documentation. Administration Work. All Military Skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To work as Dental Hygienist independently in one of the reputed firm at Beharin. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Skills of Dental hygienist both manually and Ultrasonic. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Every aspect is intresting from sterlisation, traetment to disposal.
