Formal education is important upto a level because it gives us the basic knowledge of the things. But practical knowledge makes us expert in out field. So both go hand in hand. None can be achieved alone.

Working in a team is always more fruitful and efficient. Every person has his own point of view. So, as a team the eclectic approaches help giving better deliveries. And after all man is a social animal, we always give best results when we are surrounded by others and have people to share failures and success.

whatever it is, A team is always preferred than alone. But then we cannot neglect the benefits to our personality professionally and personally when we work alone. One thing is that we tend to take the ownership more. we become responsible as it totally our job. It makes us more confident. One important thing is that we become to see our negative area and area in which we need improvement more prominently while working as an individual.
What was your worst working experience?
Being modest, I feel i have always taken any experinece positively as a learning curve for future. Usually with hard deadlines ir some bosses we feel irritated personally and get the feeling that the this is bad experience but only until we realize later that the hard times have made us strong professionally and personally and we learned a lot during those times. So I tend to carry an and attitude to take everything as a learning for my future endeavors.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
That hard and sincere work always pays you.

I am a Good learner, team player and get adjusted to different working environments and deliver efficiently. I have strong communication skills and I always enjoy working.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
i think rather than putting any one type of job in the category of my dream job, I would rather say that whatever job I shall take up, I shall try and put utmost efforts to take it to a dream level.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
I love to talking to people from around that globe. I feel virtually visiting all the places I work for. I love my job since I am the one working for taking the world to another modern and tech savvy times.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Any aspect if you explore is interesting only. I never found anything not interesting, though some aspects will be more appealing than others. But every single area and aspect has vast background and if you have an passion to dig into that, you will find it interesting.
How do you think, you would be an asset to the company?
Because of my passion and dedication towards my work. I regard myself as a team player, quick learner and a good communicator and always want to be in a position where I would be an asset to the team and the organization I am working with.
