I have strong interpersonal skills to interact with management at all levels with the skills of good communication, team working, adaptability, and proactivity as well as, I have sufficient academic knowledge to provide, effective leadership and coaching to my team.

I have the ability to manage people and capable to create and maintain sheer quality of service & innovation in the work. Regardless of the business area I work in, I would like to focus on helping my colleagues in the front line to meet the requirements & needs by consistently encouraging and supporting fellow team workers. And I can take a leading role and can provide positive direction as appropriate. To deliver this change I am looking for this type of job.
