To not to complete the shut down work in the Steel plant(delay by 30 min.)

Be prepared with all the Materials during the Shut down or other type of work which will not make your Boss to unhappy.

well you are wrong you should agree with it & try not to repeat the same in future. If the Boss is wrong dont argue with him leave the room after some time when he is cool try to explain the Pro's & Corn's of the suitation.
