What type of job are you looking for?
I am looking for a job related to medical transcription. I have been in this field for the past 6 years. I would like a job in the medical field since its related to my profession.

I am an Indian.
What languages do you speak (and at what level)?
I speak fluent English, Hindi, and Malayalam and i speak Tamil, but not very fluently.

I am looking for a job in Bahrain because i am here on a family visa.

I have only worked in India.

I do not have any work visa.
What field do you currently work in?
I work in a medical field, transcribing dictations from usually American Hospitals.
What fields have you worked in before?
I have worked in BPO and for a few months in computerized ticket reservation.
What qualifications do you hold?
I have completed my degree in B.Sc. Chemistry, but i am an undergraduate and i have as well as done a diploma course in computerized ticket reservation.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
According to me skills because you can work if you are confident that you can do a job even if you are not experienced in that field. Even if you are very good in studies itz not necessary that you should always be able to keep up, but if you can adapt to a work and itz environment then i think itz more useful. Education too is important, but education without skills is worth nothing.
Describe the benefits of working with others
You are exposed to people with different culture, standards, experience, and skills. You get to learn a lot from others. Everyone is special in their own ways, every has their own skills and you can learn a variety of things from them. In my field always one person has a superb quality and they are willing to share it with you. When you first come into this field you will be just blank, but with others around you helping you out, you will gain lotz of knowledge and thats the most important thing.

Working alone can increased your production and concentration.
What was your worst working experience?
Until now i have never had a worst working experience.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Keep your mind open, accept advise, and never think that you are that best.
What unique skills do you have?
I have got a very good typing skill. Once i get used to what i am doing, i am pretty good at it.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
A job which i can be happy with.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
You can learn a lot about diseases and their symptoms. You English speaking skills will become more good since you are always hearing to doctors dictate in English and you can get used to some slangs.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Sometimes you will feel too much pressure with files getting overloaded and your hands aching.
