both, because it goes hand in hand, you can consider yourself competent if you have both.any acquired or inherited skill can polished if one has foramal education.it is through formal education that you can attain proficiency.

working together with others such other health care team promotes better work results. learning of new shared knowledge is acquired as well as a better chance of improving one's skill and values.

working alone in terms that you do your own task. it enhances one's responsibility and dedication to one's work.you are able to stand on your own feet doing one's own task with the best of your ability enhances your being independent.
What was your worst working experience?
when faced with a difficult to deal with patient's relatives, patients and sometimes other health care team

that dedication and hardwork is needed in whichever career path you choose.coordination with others especially with the patient and as well as with other health care team to provide a quality and efficient nursing care to clients.
