here my job involves collection from defaulters of AUTO LOAN and CREDIT cards.initially i started with auto loan defaulters for 30-90 days,then my management put me on write off cases{1 year and above}.i took this as chellenge and great opportunity, it involves skip cases also,here i have to evolve different methods to trace a absconders,negotiating then trying to take max amount out of customer.
