I firmly belive skills are more important as Education only gives You a certificate,if you are not smart enough to prove your self then the whole Education is of no use,For eg we find in life that one CA if heading as a business head and equally educated another CA waits for financial ending for good business. Describe the benefits of working with others I worked for ILFS LIC Shaman cars,And in every organisation learnt many different things.It was a very good learning experience with This organisations. What was your worst working experience? No such. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson is to always speak true and be open to learn good things from anyone who works as a collegue. I like to sell premium products to premium customer and intraction with customer is the most interesting part of field,i have a passion for sales and thus its my field.
