job interviewWhat type of job are you looking for? I am looking for a job that comes with a profile of secretary or office administration. Because i have around 4 yrs of experience in similar sector. What nationality are you? I am an INDIAN. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I can speak fluent English, Urdu, Hindi and Arabic at a primary conversational level. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am looking forward towards working in countries like Bahrain (primarily), and then canada n USA. What countries have you worked in? I have worked in India. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I am on a work permit visa in Bahrain What field do you currently work in? I am working in marketing and sales field. What fields have you worked in before? worked in office administration. What qualifications do you hold? I hold a bachelors degree in commerce and advance diploma in computer science. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills as most important factor. Because if we take examples from the past then there are so many top level professionals who gained success only through there skills and ability to take decision and intelligence without even having the required bookish knowledge in there respective fields. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others always helps in forming a collective opinion. And ofcourse it generates a healthy work environment. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone helps in perfect consentration towards the work. and ofcourse it helps in analysing ones own ability of perfection. What was your worst working experience? none. but if i have to mention then it would be situations when I am right in my views n points but still have to explain up things to the seniors then it becomes slightly difficult. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt a lot to maintain pateince while I am working and be more organised. My experiences have taught me to work under any circumstances or pressure. What unique skills do you have? I believe that I always have this habbit of maintaining a healthy and happy enviroment at work. I learn things fast.And have the ability to perform any task if I am guided and trained well. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would be the one that comes with a perfect blend of remuneration and work. I would prefer to work in an organisation that in itself provides different opportunities to me as an employee n person. Because I am not of the sort who keep on changing jobs merely for salary and profiles. I am somebody who would be happy to be with the organisation throughout if they understand me as a person, human and an employee and not just a working substance to them. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The interesting aspect of my field is that I get to meet 100's of people in a day. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? It emphasises merely on me giving quantity sales rather than quality sales and work done by me. What benefits you expect from the company? I expect that the company should provide me with accomodation and transport or else they should provide benefits through allowances.
