I have about 16 years experience (out of which eight years in Bahrain & Qatar) in various positions as Executive Secretary / Secretary / Steno-Secretary / Admn Asst. with independent administrative and correspondence skills, with various professionally managed Companies, in India and Abroad. Presently I am working with a prime Contracting Company in Doha-Qatar, as an Executive Secretary, responsible for office administration at all levels, drafting letters, making self-correspondence with Consultants, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, organizing and attending Project Co-ordination Meetings, Preparation of Minutes of Meeting, etc., etc.
Further, I have Diploma in Computer Applications with excellent exposure to Computer, in various applications like, MS Win XP, ME, 2000, 98, MS Office XP, 2000, 97 (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power Point), Adobe Photoshop, 3D Flash Animator, Internet & e-mail, and many other application programs. Having knowledge in making application programs in FoxBASE+ & FoxPro. Proficient in web designing, development, authoring and hosting services. Thorough knowledge in Network System Administration, configuration and trouble shooting of Software & Hardware.
