Formal education or skills and why? i consider as more valuable is the skills and experiences, because experience is the best teacher of a man. education is also valuable for creating personality development and knowledge. but formal education have defects that it will not giving practical experience in the profession,in the present educational systems. it will only give the base of knowledge, and education can give the maturity of a man. so education and experience are also valuable. skills and experiences are the right hand of a worker. it will move him to the right point in his important situations of his jobs. Honestly, i can say both are the equally valuable, but i valued in my experiences and skills. because i don't have more educational qualifications to compare with them. so i try to rise my abilities with my experiences. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is most considerable thing to made culture and good career. when we are working with others we can compare with them and we can get the knowledge our self. it will help to detect our defects and we can develop the our personality. most of the situations we can make a discussions and make a decisions easily. when we are working with others we can easily detect that our good and bad sides. Team work is the Healthy competition, it will help to our organizations also. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone is a challenge of a man. because it will help to make a decision in the important situations. it will help to make a good managerial ability in his career, and it will make a man to strong minded and a hard worker. What was your worst working experience? i had worked more then 6 companies in my 27 age. But i don't have most worst experiences in my career. some are the bad experiences have in my career, but it made me more sufficient and hard worked. i think it were the most good experiences to make me good hard worker and obedient. so if i think about that it was the great experience in My life. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? if you are a good hard worker, you can get the profit as good in the last and you are a lazy you can also get a profit but it cannot continue long term. when you are fully involving in to a work, you can resolve as easily. when you are doing your work , you must think about its profit and loss and give priority for the most important subjects. The most unique skills of a man is only Hard working mind. if you are a hard worker you can do anything in the world. it is my policy. fails are the first step of success. i think my memory power , hard working mind, computer knowledge, material knowledge, are good. Store keeping is my Dream job Now. because i have a good experience in that. i can do clear my duties in this job.
