English, Bengali, Hindi- Fluent. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am looking to devote myself in Baharain as the Institutes are highly qualitative & well-standard. What countries have you worked in? India. What countries do you have a visa to work in? till now I did not applied for Visa. What field do you currently work in? Presently, I am working as a Lecturer of Microbiology. What qualifications do you hold? M.Sc in Microbiology. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? A combination of both. As formal education may provide a vast knowledge on the subject but these all are in no use unless & untill it is applied to Practical field.On the other hand, Skill is a quality that can only be improved with the thorough knowledge over the subject. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with professionally skilled worker helps to improve quality & productivity. Except that, no destination can be beyond range if a group works collectively. Describe the benefits of working alone Self dependence increases mental strength, responsibility & working ability. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? You have to prepare regularly in a perfect way to deliver a speech that will be unforgettable for the students. There is nothing which can replace hard work & dedication. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Obviously a professor of any eminent Institute of the world. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? It deals with a subject that serves for humanity. Scientists performs their researches on some deadly microorganisms without caring the own risk to save the other people. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
