i think skill education is more valuable because it is not only the need of the time but also enhances the skills of a person.

when we work with others, we can share our different ideas as well as get others with their ideas, strategies n methodologies. and above all a friendly environment develops that is necessary for en educational environment.
Describe the benefits of working alone
as far as it is concerned to work alone i don't see any benefits regarding it. one thing that seems to be beneficial in working alone that is concentration. where one can avoid gossips.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
throughout my working years i have learnt a lesson that never take anything personal in your profession untill and unless it doesn't hurt your self respect. and being a teacher i learnt to be polite n loving to others.
What unique skills do you have?
i think i know how to mould students and how to draw their attention towards any of the topic. but over all i think the best skill of mine is the time management.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
my dream job should be relaxing with a nice and fresh environment because i like to breathe in friendly environment and my mind also runs and work in speed when i m tension free.
