What was your worst working experience?
When i was in retention one customer came for bill payment,custmer bill was too high, customer claiming that she used her phone very less and she had make nearly 10 call hardly but the bill was very high. Customer was very irated and fired me. She was absolutely uncontrollable and informed to my boss. but he didn't take care this case. actually daughter call his boy friend. and this thing i had informed to her. but she wants to meet our boss. but he didn't met the customer , telling that he is busy with his work
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Lesson carefully the customer complaint.write a brief on customer complaint, and sort one buy one.I hope customer will be delighted
