Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education and Skills both are equally important in every aspects of life. Education is the identity of someone and skills are the expertise of that identity. To prosper we need both. It also helps in achieving individual or organizational objectives effectively and efficiently. Director of Finance of an well reputed company or Group of Companies. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Tracking the qualifying Issues, resolving the queries, and reporting to the higher authority. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? when I do not see any fruit full solutions from the higher authority of a qualifying issue. What do you think a company should consider more valuable, Commercial or Social objectives? To me, both the commercial or financial and social objectives are valuable to a company. By fulfilling the financial objectives only a company can make profit only but do not achieve any Goodwill. Social objectives like taking steps for Environmental Protection, Childrens safety, Helping poors, paying corporation and other Taxes honestly, etc. increase the Goodwill of a company.
