I am searching agriculture-related jobb at private university, private or international organization. Now I am living in Sweden but I have decided that I will be returned in Bangladesh on January,2011. What countries have you worked in? Bangladesh, Japan(study with research) and Sweden. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Bangladesh and Sweden. What field do you currently work in? In sweden I am doing social jobb. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked as scientific officer at SRDI in Bangladesh. What qualifications do you hold? I have completed Ph.D. in agriculture under environmental science from Tokyo university 2006 and background in soil science from Dhaka university. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider that skills is more valuable than formal education in any discipline. I am doing social job in Sweden without formal education in that area but I feel comfortable now efter 3 years with my experience. Describe the benefits of working with others Man can gather a lot of experience when he/she works with others. Everybody has own opinion and way to continue and develop his carrier with that jobb which he is doing. Man can be benificial by taking best way and opinion from others. Man can share their experience each other and gain how to solve problems in any section/field of their jobb. Describe the benefits of working alone Man can give 100% concentration if he works alone. Man work freely and can take more responsibility than man works with others. What was your worst working experience? I could not continue my career with my background. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt to do any jobb with seriously, honestly and timely; certainly I have gained somthing. What unique skills do you have? Analysing, correlation, submitting report and research investigation, I think. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I want to develop my career in agriculture background. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Preventing agriculture land from chemical hazards by using mineral fertilizer and saving our environment. People will be consious from this aspects of environmental study. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? It is a long term process and ultimate goal will be gained after a certain period.
