I consider both valuable because in practical life everything is important. Skill to be implemented in real life is an important but skill is quite difficult to be achieved when there is no a proper education. Describe the benefits of working with others I like working in team environment as I used to. The main advantage of working in team environment is to exchange ideas opinion as well as assistance.
