Formal education or skills and why? Skill is more valuable. Country needs skilled manpower for its development.Formal education is valueless if it has no touch with practical work. By doing the practical work in a regular fashion a person becomes skilled and can contribute for the nation. Describe the benefits of working with others Workload should be shared or balanced. If the load is high it can be cumbersome for a single person and throughput of the company can be very low. Besides working with others can increase the interaction and amity among the persons, which can increase the mental refreshment and any person can work from his/her heart. Eventually the throughput of the company will become high. Describe the benefits of working alone If the nature of the job is to maintain security working alone is better. Because security can be violated if it is necessary to work with others. Besides as the high pressure introduces in the single person case, possibility of individual skill level can be an outcome than that of working with others but with the loss of high throughput. What was your worst working experience? In Korea, in my lab the lab members could not communicate with me in English. So sufficient interaction was not established. As a result I could not manage success as I was expecting. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Anyone should study or work that his/her heart wants. Otherwise there is good possibility of Frustrations in life. What unique skills do you have? Programming in C/C++/Java programming and good planning of how to increase the profit level in business.
