What fields have you worked in before? Footwear. What qualifications do you hold? B.tech in leather technology and Diploma in foot wear technology after comppleting Higher secondary (+2). Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both . Skill helps to do the work smoother and knowledge helps to understand why and when which work have to be do. Knowledge also helps to make a easy trouble shoot. Describe the benefits of working with others In a platform when we use to work with other we can easily share the knowledge of a group of people those who are master in his/ her field. At the same time we can also share our knowledge with others, and that helps to make the work smoother.
