According to me both are important because without proper formal education one cannot cope up with the skills ,and of course formal education is of no use if u dont have the skills in u. and if u ask me to choose one it would be education cause skills can be developed and learned by experience but if dont have proper education than skills is of no use cause u wont reach to the level u expected because of your qualification Describe the benefits of working with others It creates unity in the workplace,you get to know more knowledge,get to know more people.
