Ø Reading ship construction drawing and preparing repair plan refer on close up survey afterward approve by owner and surveyor. Ø Proficient to calculation the materials weight according to drawing & repairs requirements. Ø Estimate the materials for repair vessels. Ø Responsible for ITP and upkeep of all steel repair documentations for ISO. Ø Quality control, material & welder trace ability of Steel repairs and new construction. Ø Ability to handling Owner’s inspection such as AWS D1.1, ASME, API 1104 & other requirements. Ø Attend Regular progress meeting with Client & Sub-contractor’s to rectify Unsafe Acts & Unsafe conditions. Ø Verifying the structural dimension before and after welding according to the actual measurement within applicable tolerance.
