At present I have been studying Bcom(hons)and also studying special Cabin crew basic training to a reputed Aviation college Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Of course skills but I think formal education is more important because it is the main door to get entrance a job. A best company at first see a best education back ground of a candidate then they also see the experience/ skills. At first I have to complete step 1 then step 2 Describe the benefits of working with others Specially I think that a team of members if do a work together so the work is most powerful than a man. A developing can not be strong by one. So we have to make the mentality for working together. What was your worst working experience?
