Formal education or skills and why? According to me both are equally important. Formal education enriches an individual's knowledge with fruitful informations regarding any given topic. It also teaches an individual how to face the world outside his/her house, academic institution confidently. Successful completion of formal education gives a valuable certificate which helps an individual to prove himself/herself as a more qualified candidate for a given position than others in the job market. An individual gathers skills throughout his/her working experience which helps him/her to sustain in the job market as an efficient workforce. Therefore, I would say that formal education is a skeleton of an individual and skill improves the shape of the skeleton over the time. Describe the benefits of working with others An individual can not have knowledge or expertise about everything. So working in a team will facilitate the implementation of tasks easily and quickly. Describe the benefits of working alone Sometimes too many cooks can spoil the broth i.e.if every team member thinks that his or her idea is better than others and tries to implement it without the approval of other members then that may cause a conflict among the team member and may hamper the work. So some tasks should be done alone. Single brain can also generate better ideas than working in a group. What was your worst working experience? I have been working 9 years. I have encountered in numerous hardships as well as have tasted the success after successful completion the given task. But I have never felt that any work experience as bad till now because I have got a chance to learn from my own mistakes. If I did not encounter the bad experience I would not have been able to correct myself and learn to do the task appropriately. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? An individual must have a good communication skill that assists an individual to have good network with other people working not only in the same organisation but also in different fields. What unique skills do you have? I have a remarkable communication skill. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is work to work in an airlines. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The thing which makes me feel enthusiastic about the field is that I am associated with different tasks in a given field as a result I can explore my ideas to get the tasks done. I face challenges which helps me to grow as a part of efficient workforce. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The thing which is less interesting is that lectures that I deliver in the class become monotonous after a certain period of time because I have to teach the same selected topics.
