I have an associates degree in Business Administration & Accounting. With over 8 years of hotel job experience. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider my skills more valuable. Reason being that I have develope and strenthen my skills over many years of do customer service at all levels. And also very self motivated with no supervisor assistance. Describe the benefits of working with others I am the altemate team player. I enjoy helping others and at the same time learning different ways in which others do the same job. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefit of working alone is putting my mark on something and everyone knows that it was done by me. What was your worst working experience? I wouldn't say that I had any bad working experience because with every challenge you learn something that you didn't know before. Which makes you better at what you do. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Also put your best forward in any job or situation and you will always achieve your goals. What unique skills do you have? I have always wanted to be an industrialist but if I had to choose a dream job it would be to become a General Manager in a 5 star hotel. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Meeting people and making them happy. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Not being able to assist someone in need.
