I have also done charity work in Kolkata, India. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I have no Visa, so i am restricted to the EU. What field do you currently work in? I hold a Certificate in Bar Service Operations, from Athlone Institute of Technology, Athlone, Ireland Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Although formal education is extremely Valuable to me, I find skills earned while working to be more important because you are guaranteed to be given the chance to use and improve on them everyday you work. Describe the benefits of working with others Help is there if you need it, it removes alot of pressure in a busy job, and you get to meet new people that can learn from you, and in turn, you can learn from them. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is always harder, so, for me, it's always more rewarding to have completed a job on my own. What was your worst working experience? Emptying bottle skips in a hotel. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson i have learned is to always keep your head down, do the work assigned to you, and always help someone in need. What unique skills do you have? I can say that i'm fantastic with people and I pour a great pint, that doesn't make it true. I would have to show you what i can do to prove my skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to have my own pub in Temple Bar, Dublin, serving primarily Belgian Beer and Spirits. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Meeting all sorts of people everyday, Learning what you can about what you're serving, be it food or drink. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I find it can get very repetitive.
