At present, United States, however, I am currently in the process of obtaining a visa to work in Brussels. What field do you currently work in? I am currently unemployed. However, I have worked in various fields including Human Resources, Criminal Justice. What fields have you worked in before? Human Resources, Criminal Justice, babysitting, restaurant, housecleaning, brokerage firms. What qualifications do you hold? I have a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and an Associates in Law Enforcement. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider on-the-job skills and management technique the most valuable. Though, I consider having formal education that brought me to these jobs where I acquired further, more valuable training. Describe the benefits of working with others I enjoy working with others very much. I am a very enthusiastic person who values creativity and I care very much about people, quickly gaining a positive rapport. Describe the benefits of working alone I work very well, including under pressure, alone or with a group of peers. What was your worst working experience? I formerly worked with horses (as an adolescent) and had a horse accident which rendered me incapacitated for months. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The value of people, honesty and being a hard working individual. What unique skills do you have? I feel I have excellent communicative and people skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? An honest job with honest pay working with genuine people. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Being able to help people, making a difference, achieving personal goals throughout my former employment. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The fact that there were not enough professionals in the field to do deal with the high volume of clientele. How best can I be an asset to your organization?
