What type of job are you looking for?

I intend to build a career with corporate & dedicated people, where I can further enhance my skills in conjunction with company's goals & objectives.

What nationality are you?

I am currently holding Indian Nationality. My husband is also Indian but holds a Permanent Resident Status in Belgium. I will be permanent in June 2010. So I need a work permit till June 2010 and then I don't need a work permit to work in Belgium.

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English- Proficient

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I wanted to work in Belgiun

What countries have you worked in?

2 months in India 1.5 years in Belgium Currently working as Operational Analyst with Bank of New York Mellon, Brussels, Belgium since Feb 08.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

I need a work Permit to work in Belgium till June 2010 and then I don;t need a work permit to work in Belgium.

What field do you currently work in?

I am currently working as Operational Analyst with Bank of New York Mellon in Brussels, Belgium.

What qualifications do you hold?

Post Graduate Degree in Business Management (Finance and International Business) from Institute of Integrated Learning In Management, New Delhi, India

Bachelor degree of Engineering (Computer Science) (University Topper MDU, Vaish College of Engineering, Rohtak, India

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

According to my viewpoint, both things are important as without formal education you don't have sufficient knowledge to do the task and with skills, you get efficiency and better results.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Teamwork plays a dedicated role in everyone's life. You learn lot of things like sharing attitude, taking help from other if needed etc.

Describe the benefits of working alone

You are completely responsible for everything and this helps you in completing the tasks on time as you are not dependent on others which can sometimes cause delays in completing the tasks.

What was your worst working experience?

Till this moment, I enjoyed each and every moment of my work.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Always give your best and you will never fail in your life.

What unique skills do you have?

• High degree of initiative and ability to meet project deadlines. • Team facilitator and good leadership qualities. • Excellent Inter personal skills. • Good Time Management skill. • Believe in Self-learning. • Open to work in any domain and relocate anywhere around the globe. • Comprehensive problem solving abilities. • Flexible in adopting new technologies very fast. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. • Relationship Management with client • Co-ordination of the Work Activities of others for the Achievement of Organisational Objectives. • Risk Management and Investigation skills.

Where I can apply my knowledge and keep my graph going in upward direction.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Dealing with numbers.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Nothing. I like my field.
