What type of job are you looking for?

windows Administrator

What nationality are you?

Romanian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English - Good

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Belgium. I'm interested to work and live there because my soul mate is living there.

What countries have you worked in?

Romania, Czech Republic

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

I'm EU citizen, no need visa for European countries. Now I'm working in Czech Republic.

What field do you currently work in?

IT. Windows Servers administrating.

What fields have you worked in before?

IT. Windows Servers and networking.

What qualifications do you hold?

Windows Administrator (Engineer)

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills are closer to practice. When you have to work in a large environment whit a lots of problem to resolve, the skills and education are often the mix who delivers performance.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working in team offers a lot of solutions, faster resolution of the problems, brings new ideas and improve the communication. Also a cultural environment helps to improve the quality of the work.

Describe the benefits of working alone

You bring alive your own decision. When you are dedicated to a research job you can put all energy in finding your own solution to achieve your inner goals. This motivation could be one of the biggest.

What was your worst working experience?

When I had to take any job to obtain money for living.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

A job means to do what you are good on it, to earn experience and to bring motivation for adding your value in your field of work. Also I learned that people are the most valuable part of a business.

What unique skills do you have?

This is a tricky question. Unique skills for me means that you have skills which nobody has. Instead, you can by a unique artist at your work place. I'm good on computers. Also I like to play piano in native matter.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Hmmm. Putting a part of me inside of the work piece.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Large environment. Several technologies putted together in order to succeed to obtain in a easy way the maximum of benefit.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Lack of work.
