India What countries do you have a visa to work in? Well, I don't have yet but I want to work in Belgium. What field do you currently work in? Currently I am unemployed as I have shifted here with my husband who works here. What fields have you worked in before? My prior experience is on Software development (Microsoft technologies like .Net, VB, C#.net, AJAX and SqlServer 2005). What qualifications do you hold? I have an Master degree in Computer Application (MCA). Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? A formal education is required to choose a perticular field of your interest. But skills are more valuable when one wants to excel his expertise in a particular area and be successful. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in a team is very beneficial as one can have more wide vision when it comes to resolve a problem. With more ideas the best possible solution can be choosen and hence improving the quality of the work. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone makes a person more responsible and decesive. So it is very important for one's inner strenth and improving self confidence. What was your worst working experience? Well, till now I have not had any bad working experience. I have always been appriciated by my superiors for my dedication and sincerity towards my work. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson I have learnt so far is - A positive effort for a positive goal always works. So keep trying until you succeed. What unique skills do you have? I am a person with Positive attitude. I always do my work with a sense of responsibility. I am a good team player and enjoy working on challenging and innovative tasks. I am a family person and very accomodative. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A dearm job to me is a work place where I am comfortable to work, the working ambience is positive and healthy. Where I enjoy doing my work and get an opportunity to learn new things.
