medical officer in the health clinic acutetrauma and emergency

What nationality are you?

malaysian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

very fluent in english

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

in the health clinic and trauma and emergency because of good experience in the above field been working as medical officer for the past 21 years

What countries have you worked in?

only worked and still working in my home countery currently working as senior medical officer with malaysian ministery of health

What field do you currently work in?

in the emergency and trauma department

What fields have you worked in before?

work in the general surgical and orthopaedic department

What qualifications do you hold?

MBBS BACHELOR OF MEICINE BACHELOR OF SURGERY

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

BOTH reason being want can learn faster remember better and aslo able to improvise and create better ways of managing hgis patients

Describe the benefits of working with others

can share the knowledge and exchange ideas for the betterment of the patient and working as an team is far better tha alone

Describe the benefits of working alone

not able to improve your knowledge and skills and not able to manage your co- workers well which eventually will lead to poor productivity of an instutitions he is working

What was your worst working experience?

never ever depend on someone always must do it by your self

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

always must have an good realible and trustworthy team work and always there when needed the most must at all times been punctual

abl to manage and treat trauma and medical emergency patients well able to most to do most surgery under local anaesthesia

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

patients must have the trust and confidencs in me at all times

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

treating and diagnosings my patiens accurately
