Associates in General Studies and Library Sciences, Bachelors in Applied studies with a minor in Sociology, certified to teach English as a foreign language. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider both valuable. I believe that they are both relevant to being a well rounded employee. It shows employers that you have taken the time to acquire the skills necessary and earned a degree that states you are more than qualified for the position you seek. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is invaluable. It is a constant learning process and you have others to confer with if you need advice or a second opinion on work related issues. Describe the benefits of working alone Depending on what the job entails working alone shows the employer that you are a self starter, ambitious, and willing to make decisions on your own without having to ask all the time. What was your worst working experience? Housekeeping at hotels What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To have confidence in yourself, to work hard and be the best employee you can be and to never be afraid of trying something new. What unique skills do you have? I love working with people and consider myself outgoing and friendly. I believe its important to love what you do and that reflects on the customers and that gives them the feeling of trust and confidence that you are there to give them the best service possible. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Having a job right now would be a dream come true. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Working with co-workers and customers.
