Formal education or skills and why? I rely on the importance of further education, but I think the knowledge it may provide should be put into practice for employees to be succesful. I also think that it should be accompanied by social skills. Describe the benefits of working with others You can learn from people whose skills and knowledge are complementary. It also teaches you how to lead a team in certain situations (those in which you are knowledgeable about a problem or topic). Sometimes, everyone's efforts must be joined to get an aim. Describe the benefits of working alone It may help you become more self-assured, improve your decission-taking and take over important challenges on your own. What was your worst working experience? When you have a job that you don't like, it's too repetitive or doesn't motivate you, it can be difficult to reach your top, but even in this case you may find the positive side.
